1) A type of herb Cordyceps emperor grows in the mountains of Nepal,
Tibet and China. The Cordyceps is not only the function of various
organs of the human body has a regulatory role, there is some direct
   resistance function.

Cordyceps increases vitality and stamina by:

-The regulation of the immune system function
-对免疫系统功能的调节
Immune system is equivalent to the body of the army, the internal
resist tumor, removal of the aging of tissue necrosis, external fight
viruses, bacteria and other microbial infections. Human body every day
possible mutation of the tumor cells. The normal human immune system
can escape the fate of tumor, immune system problems, but may develop
into tumors.

It can increase the immune system cells, tissue, quantity, and promote
antibody production, increased phagocytosis, killer cells, enhance its
function, but also to reduce the function of certain immune cells.

-The direct anti-tumor effects
-直接肿瘤作用
Cordyceps sinensis extract in vitro with a specific inhibition, killing
tumor cells. Cordyceps sinensis contains cordycepin, exert its anti-tumor
effects of major components.

-Improve cellular energy, fatigue
-提高细胞能量,抗疲劳
Cordyceps can enhance the human body energy plant, mitochondrial energy,
ability to improve cold body, reducing fatigue.

-Regulation of cardiac function
-调节心脏功能
Cordyceps may improve cardiac hypoxia tolerance, reducing the heart of
oxygen consumption, anti-arrhythmic.

-Regulation of liver function
-调节肝功能
Cordyceps reduce toxic substances on the liver injury, against liver
fibrosis. In addition, by regulating the immune function, enhance the
anti-virus capabilities, to play a beneficial role in viral hepatitis.

-Respiratory system function
-呼吸道系统的功能
Cordyceps with the expansion of bronchial, asthma, expectorant, the role
of prevention of pulmonary emphysema.

-Regulation of renal function
-调节功能
Cordyceps can reduce chronic kidney disease and improve kidney function,
reduce the toxicity of substances on kidney damage.

-Regulate hematopoiesis
-调节造血
Cordyceps can enhance the bone marrow to generate platelets, red blood
cells and white blood cells ability.

-Blood lipid
-调节血脂
Cordyceps can lower blood cholesterol and triglycerides, improve the
human body enabling high-density lipoprotein, reducing atherosclerosis.

-Improve the Endocrine system
-改善内分泌系统
Cordyceps can Improve function of the hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid,
parathyroids, adrenals, pineal body, and the reproductive organs (ovaries
and testes) and sexual function.

The pancreas is also has a role in hormone production as well as in
digestion. The pancreas produces two important hormones, insulin and
glucagon. They work together to maintain a steady level of glucose, or sugar,
in the blood and to keep the body supplied with fuel to produce and maintain
stores of energy.

-Cordyceps also has a direct antiviral, regulating the central nervous
system function (中枢神经系统功能), sexual function (性功能)and so
on. Cordyceps sinensis on the human body play such a comprehensive health
care can be described as avery magical, but also worthy of ancient times
"immortality" of the name. In modern society, taking Cordyceps have the
guarantee not only their own health and, more importantly, is the ultimate
health of the resulting quality of life.

She tried many ways treatment, until she have to admitted
private specialist for treatment. Private specialist first times
operation their foot ulcers to clean up smelly pus and
becomes a 'deep wounds'.When private specialist suggest to
re-operation to remove again all the dead tissue , gangrene,
and thick hardened skin inside "deep wounds", their family not
agree re-operation and request discharges.

Their family very worry, because of spend a few thousand
ringgit Malaysia for treatment, but still can't see any results
improvement.

Overview, she body look like very thin, can't eating too must,
always vomiting, patient no appetite. Both leg and hand very
cool during normal day. Surrounding foot ulcers or wounds
very paint-full.

Method of treatment which provide is almost the same with
previous wounds case-study, but only different with usages
product. Patient only using product Cellfood (priority),
Guarana, Sea Cucumber extract, Tropical gel.

Patient take around 7 months completed wounds healing.
There are few reason foot wounds getting slow healing for
this case study :-

-Not control for eating food like seafood, egg, beans, dessert,
instant noodles. Already give advise during treatment but still
 sometimes not follow my instruction.

-Not completely use combination product, reduce intake
product daily due to can't effort to pay cost of use product
continuously during several months. Only use main important
 product (Cellfood, Tropical Gel, Guarana).

Patient sometimes not follow daily usages product or forgotten
taken product will be effected wounds getting slow healing. For
patient those would not follow my instruction or method treatment
have been teaching, I will straightly not provide any treatment for
patient. I will be suggest patient better to amputation.

Note: For diabetes wounds treatment must completed to use combination of
product with follow method treatment as mention on Diabetes Wounds
-Case Study 1 to getting duration wounds healing from 2-3.5 months.
Reduce intake product will causes diabetes wounds slow healing.

Diabetes Diet

Diabetes Low-Fat Diet

Managing diabetes means keeping your blood sugar levels
in the target range to reduce the risk of complications.

How to select the right kinds of food to keep for better
diabetes control?

1) Low Carbohydrate

It has the most impact on insulin. We need not avoid
eating carbohydrate but we need to eat the right one -
"slow carbs". This category of carbohydrate will cause
a slow release of sugar into the bloodstream. You can
control your blood sugar levels with careful
  carbohydrate choices.

2) Low Calories

Excess calorie intake will lead to weight problem, and
majority of people with type 2 diabetes have a weight
issues. Reduce your caloric intake with exercise more
to burn more caloric to avoid weight gain and maintains
  blood sugar levels.

3) Low glycemic-index (GI) foods

A foods with high glycemic index raises blood glucose
faster and not beneficial to blood sugar. People with
diabetes need to choose food with low GI because there
is slower elevation of blood sugar.

4) Fiber-rich food

Diabetes should take high protein with fibers each days.
Fiber gives helps in regulated blood sugar levels, which
is an important element in avoiding diabetes. Fiber can
achieve a significant reduction of blood sugar levels in
  most diabetes patient.

  Good sources of fiber include:-

Fruits: Apples, cranberries, red currants, gooseberries,
grapefruits, oranges, peaches, pears, sour plums, prunes
  and bananas.

Vegetables: Oats(bran and oatmeal), psyllium husk, rye,
sesame seeds, beets, carrots, broccoli, flax seeds, beans,
  and legumes.

5) Sweeteners

Natural sweeteners are far better or our bodies than
refined sugars, sugar alcohol or artificial sweeteners.
They are made from chemicals compounds. They were
originally developed for diabetes but today found hidden
in most highly processed foods, drinks, beverages, and
candies, with non-nutritive and low-calorie sweeteners.

Learn to read food if you want to keep away or limit any
artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohol or refined sugar from
  your diet.

Here, I highly recommend Stevia, Stevia is the desirable
sweetener. The sweeteners is 300 times more than the
sugarcane but the calories is just 1/300 compare to sugar
cane sweeteners. It is low-calorie dietary supplement that
helps regulate blood sugar and support the pancreas. It is
valuable for anyone with diabetes and hypoglycemia.

Insulin Types

There are different varieties of insulin that are used to treat type 1 diabetes.
The kinds of insulin that is required will depend on how much time is
required for the insulin to work inside the body. Using certain types of
insulin can also cause side effects.

People having Type 1 diabetes will have to keep checking their blood
sugar levels many times during the day. They will have to inject insulin
in the body using a syringe, pump or a pen.

Time Factors Insulin Types

-Onset time
Once injected time needed for the insulin to start lowering blood glucose.

-Peak time
How long at which insulin works to its best (peak or maximum power) to
 lower the blood glucose.

-Duration time
How long of the time insulin works to keeps lowering blood glucose.

Each type of insulin works at a different onset, peak and duration time as
per specific requirement.

Insulin are classified in to 5 main categorical types

1.Rapid-acting insulin
2.Short-acting insulin
3.Intermediate-acting insulin
4.Long-acting insulin
5.Very long-acting insulin

Rapid-acting insulin

This type of insulin is designed to be injected before meals. Once injected,
It is starts to work within 15 minutes. It works to maximum peaks time at
about an hour after injection. Duration time used up in 4 or 5 hours.

Rapid-acting insulin is working to its peaks time and makes cells to consume
glucose, with the same time the meal is digested and glucose is released into
the bloodstream. Rapid-acting insulin is looks clear in appearance.

Short-acting insulin (regular)

As a regular insulin, is also designed to be injected about 30 to 45 minutes
before meals. Once injected, It takes longer to work compared to rapid-acting
insulin.

It works to maximum peaks time at about 2 or 3 hours after injection. Duration
time used up in 6 hours. Short-acting insulin (regular) is looks clear in appearance.

Intermediate-acting insulin

This type of insulin , is usually taken in the morning or before bed. Intermediate
-acting insulin works all day if taken in the morning.

Is designed has approximate onset time of 2 to 4 hours after injection. It takes
longer to start to work, and it stays in the body for a longer time. It works to
maximum peaks time at about 4 to 12 hours after injection. Duration time used
up in 12 to 18 hours. Intermediate-acting insulin is looks cloudy and has to be
shaking before injected.

Long-acting insulin

It designed has approximate starts to work in six to 10 hours. Duration time
used up in body for 20 hours or more and without any peak time. Long-acting
insulin is usually taken in the morning or before bed, like intermediate-acting
insulin. Long-acting insulin is looks clear in appearance.

Very long-acting insulin

It designed has a very long-acting insulin. It starts to work and lower blood
glucose levels about 1 hour after injection, duration time used up for 24 hours.

Blood Glucose Test

What do you know about Blood Glucose Test ?

Diabetics must be required to self-check their glucose,
once or several times a day, to monitor glucose levels.

The blood glucose test is ordered to measure the amount
of glucose in the blood as a sample collection. It is used
to detect both hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia, to help
diagnose diabetes, and to monitor glucose levels in
persons with diabetes.

Blood glucose usually measured on a fasting basis,
collected after an 12 to 14 hour fast.

Below following of table shows a results blood glucose
test for Fasting Plasma Glucose Test (FPG) as based on
the clinical practice recommendations of the American
Diabetes Association.

Fasting Plasma Glucose Test Procedure (FPG)

Before test a FPG,you must not to eat or drink any think
except water for 12 to 14 hours. The test is usually done
in the morning for our convenience.

Blood glucose levels in unit measure

1) Milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl)-unit used in United States.
Unit to measure that shows ‘x’ milligrams of glucose in the
blood plasma per deciliter of blood.

2) Millimoles per litre or millimolar (mmol/L)-In Europe country
   except United States.
Unit of measure that shows 'x' mmol concentration of glucose
in the blood plasma per liter of blood.

Table Of Results Blood Glucose Levels

   Glucose Level                                                 Indication
============================================================
70 mg/dl to 99 mg/dl
(3.89 to 5.5 mmol/L)                                       Normal range
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
100 mg/dl to 126 mg/dl                      Pre-diabetes is called by impaired
(5.56 to 7 mmol/L)                             fasting glucose, indicating an increased
risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Higher than 126 mg/dl                        Confirmed as diabetes
(>7 mmol/L)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lower than 70 mg/dl                          Considered as hypoglycemia
(<3.89 mmol/L)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Above table of blood glucose levels, results are within the
normal range, additional testing may be ordered to determine
if a person has additional risk factors for diabetes, such as
high body mass index (BMI), or if exhibits other symptoms of
diabetes.

High levels of glucose most frequently indicate diabetes, but
many other diseases and conditions can also cause elevated
glucose.

Covered Diabetes Wounds And Ulcers Really Heal Faster ?

For my experience with a diabetes wounds case study, proved
that, diabetes wounds with a covered using bandages and gauze,
wouldn't be getting healing faster.

Covered diabetes wounds and ulcers with bandages will causing
more serious and complicated affect wounds healing faster, if
compare with normal wounds.

What is a causes, if diabetes wounds covered ?

-Affect blood circulation of the foot
When i was make appointment to patient in hospital, i saw patient
diabetes foot wounds, covered with tighten bandages, upper-side foot
 faced swelling, effected blood circulation.

Diabetes patient can't control blood sugar very well during long term
period, will causing nerve damage, the blood flow to the nerves is limited,
leaving the nerves without blood flow, and they get damaged or die as a
known as ischemia. The foot become numbness, burning, aching of the
feet lower extremities and complete loss of sensation in the feet.

You arms and legs are supplied by long blood vessels, which may be
blocked as a result of diabetes, smoking, and high cholesterol. As the
blood supply becomes interrupted, patients normally complain that their
calves are painful or cramp during walking.

In severe situations, the leg lose all sensations of pain such that small
ulcers, wounds and cuts go unnoticed. The skin is also lacking in blood
supply, healing of the ulcer and wounds is very slow or not possible.
If diabetes wounds covered with bandages and gauze, this will make
more serious complicated, and slow down wounds healing process.

-Affect fresh tissue of flesh growing faster
Diabetes wounds need to wait the fresh tissue of flesh has completely
grown in place filling the deep dented wounds, with follow by the growth
of new layer of skin till it finally cover the wounded area. This stage, the
wounds has fully healed internally and externally.

Covered diabetes wounds with bandages will causing blockage of oxygen.
New growing wounds tissue needs more oxygen for growing, if the blood
can not flow to the feet very well with less oxygen, this will causes more
complicated slow down fresh tissue of wounds growing.

-Affect fresh tissue of flesh growing stitches on bandages and gauze
When Covered diabetes wounds with bandages and gauze, new growing
fresh tissue of wounds will be stitches seriously on the gauze, it will causing
damage new cell and tissue of wounds during daily dressing, when remove
or changes new bandages and gauze.

-Affect diabetes wounds generated more serious bad smell pus
For diabetes wounds which will accumulated serious smelly pus and causing
increasing with expansion wounds area, wounds getting worst, this will be
slow down wounds healing process. All the yellow or grayish pus must
random press it out from the wounds and ulcer during dressing.

If the wounds and ulcers without covered with bandages and
gauze, it can lead an infection. What is a best ways to overcome
an infection with uncovered diabetes wounds and ulcers to get
heal faster? It will be discuss in next following post.

Sugar level :10-12 mmol/L
After treatment : 6-7 mmol/L
Patient recommended by Diabetes Wounds-Case Study 3

She suffering from diabetes-type 2 since 2 years,with using
insulin injection.Actually, doctor suggest she using insulin without
using diabetes pills due to she unable to monitor daily uses of
pills to maintain blood sugar levels. She also diagnosis kidney
failure around 5%(medical report).

Diabetes Foot wounds is caused by foot ulcers and
effect difficult healing. She every day dressing in clinic, every
month need to medical check-up for the foot ulcers in hospital.
She suffering diabetes foot wounds around 6 months,
the foot wounds still can't getting healing and become more
worse, and start wondering foot will be amputation.

Overview, her left leg and surrounding foot wounds slightly
swelling and abscess, because of kidney problem.
Method of treatment which provide is almost the same
with wounds case-study 3,but only different with usages
product.Patient only using product Cellfood (priority),

Why Diabetes Foot Wounds Getting Slow Healing?

For this case study, diabetes wounds especially foot ulcers
or wounds take longest to healing, even well control of
blood sugar levels, proper monitoring dressing, compare to
others diabetes wounds.

This patient take around 10 months completed wounds healing.
Daily insulin injections are required from 2 times per day,
have been reduced to 1 times injection, after 2 months
treatment. Maintain a normal glucose level 6-7 mmol/L.

Medical report was shown that kidney problem become normal
after 2 months treatment, when patient follow-up check-up
second months in general Hospital.

Some of the reason why diabetes foot wounds getting slow
healing
-Patient frequently walking.
-Blood circulation for foot blockage.
-Not control for eating food like seafood, egg, beans, dessert,
  instant noodles.
-Not completely use combination product due to can't effort
to pay cost of use product continuously during several
months.Only use main important product (cellfood, tropical
  gel,guarana).
-Reduce intake product daily.
-Foot skin too thick, getting long period to grow out.

Diabetes Causes

Why are people with diabetes wounds at high risk of
nerve pain, heart disease, kidney failure and blindness?

When blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol are out of
control, can lead to some potentially serious complication.

The main complication which is heart attack, stroke, blindness,
kidney failure and diabetes wounds lead to amputation.

Diabetes complications can happens because of uncontrolled
high blood sugar.A lot of people don't really think, how often
diabetes causes serious happen and destroy our health.

If you have uncontrolled diabetes,a serious and deep-seated
foot infection can affect loss of a toe, foot,or leg and an
amputation to save your life.

High blood sugar slowly injures the blood vessels, nerves, and
organs in your body.

Diabetic Neuropathy, which is the damage of nerves in the feet
causing decrease in the sensitivity of the feet.

Diabetic Vasculopathy is another common causes of the feet,
where the blood vessels hardens and becomes narrowed
effected in poor circulation of blood to the feet. This risk can
increased slow healing of wounds of getting foot ulcers,
numbness,nerve pain,burning,and abrasions.

The patients also typically experience tingling sensation, dampness
and coldness in the feet due to poor blood circulation, blister
formation,swelling,redness,calluses,corns or bunions.Fungal
infections due to insufficient blood supply to the fatty tissues
surrounding the toes and foot are quite commonly observed.

Hence, diabetic patients should pay attention, awareness about the
causes of foot disease can reduce the risks of developing serious
problem,as thorough foot care can prevent or delay the effects of
neuropathy.

Heart disease, problem with the heart and blood vessels-Cardiovascular
disease.Heart attack,heart failure,and increased risks of stroke.High
blood sugar,high blood lipid levels,high blood pressure,smoking,
excess body weight is the most important causes of factors for
Cardiovascular disease, those of type 2 diabetes.

Diabetic retinopathy,Major eye complications are linked to blood
vessel problems in the eyes.Diabetes is a leading cause of preventable
blindness.

Diabetic nephropathy,is more common risk in men with diabetes
than women, and is associated with high blood pressure.
Good control of blood sugar and blood pressure can minimizing
the risk of this condition.

The diabetes causes are indeed serious, keeping blood sugar under
control is the most important factor in preventing them. But people
have a hard time grasping just how critical that is.

Type 1 And Type 2 Diabetes

There Are Two Main Types Of Diabetes

In Type 1 diabetes, when insulin producing cell in the
pancreas which help to regulate blood sugar levels have
been destroyed.Type 1 diabetes is also known as juvenile
diabetes because it is mostly diagnosed on patients with
usually starts in childhood, although some people develop
Type 1 diabetes when they are adults below age 35.

Type 1 diabetes,is an autoimmune disease.An autoimmune
disease results when the body's system for fighting infection
(the immune system) turns against a part of the body.In
diabetes, the immune system attacks and destroys the insulin
producing beta cell in the pancreas. The pancreas then
produces little or no insulin.A person who has Type 1
diabetes must take insulin daily to live.

Type 2 diabetes, the cell in the body tissues become unable
to respond properly to insulin. This means that the pancreas
has to work harder to produce more insulin. This causes the
cell in the pancreas become 'worn out' and are unable to
produce insulin as effectively as they used to.This generally
happens after the age of  40.

Type 2 diabetes is most common form of diabetes is most
often associate with older age, obesity, family history of
diabetes,previous history of gestational diabetes,physical
inactivity,and certain ethnicity.

People who are overweight are particularly likely to develop
Type 2 diabetes.However,Type 2 diabetes is increasing
being diagnosed in children and adolescents today.

Type 2 Diabetes is a lifestyle disease that often can be
prevented or controlled by a proper diet and exercise.

How To Prevent Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Diabetic, blood sugar if not control very well, will lead to many
complications such as neuropathy,macrovascular disease,vision
loss, and decreased immunity.Diabetics foot ulcers is the most
common and serious complication.

The Main Symptoms

-Foot arteriosclerosis
-Ulcers
-Infections and gangrene,
-Foot pain, often caused great pain to the patient, the consequences
may lead to amputation and even life-threatening.

Diabetics foot ulcers may cause amputation of the lower limbs if delay
to do treatment. It can be dangerous because these ulcerations can
become the portal of entry of several infective agents, such as bacteria
and other microorganisms. You may be wondering what might be the
cause of these foot ulcers.

Diabetic patients have poor sensory perception and diabetes wounds
take time to heal than normal,a small cut or a wound in the feet of a
diabetic can be left untreated if not checked immediately. It can later
on lead to ulceration, infection, and finally lower limb amputation.

Tips To Prevent Diabetes Wounds and Foot Ulcers

-Regular foot inspection

-Daily check of the foot of the diabetes patient for cuts or wounds
should be a practice .

-Even a small swelling is seen during feet check up,it can lead to
a more complicated condition if treatment is delayed.

-Daily washing using mild soap and lukewarm water, too hot or too
cold water can cause dryness of the skin, that can later on develop
 into calluses or ulcers.

-Do not rub vigorously,it can cause friction and damage the skin,

-Avoid rough scrubbers and chemicals as well.

-After washing, make sure the feet are dry, especially the parts in
between the toes.Apply some moisturizers to avoid cracking of the
 sole of the feet.

-Diabetes patient must wear the correct and proper size, material,
 and texture of the footwear.

-Toenails should be cut properly to avoid hangnails.

-Patient should never walk barefooted or without any foot protection
 to avoid getting foot injury.

-Exercise,only suitable for diabetes patient foot without wounds.

-Reflexology,during this method,self-massage 20 minutes of the feet,
from toe tip up to the knee to improve blood circulation, reduce
swelling and feet pain.Prefer self-massage early morning and
before night sleep.Families must helping, let the patient know the
proper way and simple guidance and advice to prevent diabetic foot.

-Smoking,accelerates damage to blood vessels, especially small blood
vessels leading to pool circulation, which is a major rick factor
for foot infections and ultimately amputations.

-Proper diet,taking your medications,supplement product,checking
your blood sugar regularly, exercising regularly, and maintaining
for consistent long-term blood sugar control to near normal lever
can greatly lower the rick of damage to your nerves, kidneys, eyes,
 and blood vessels.

Symptoms Of Diabetes Type 1 And Type 2

Common Symptoms:

-Fatigue :The body is inefficient and sometimes unable to use
glucose for fuel. The body switches over to metabolizing fat,
partially or completely, as a fuel source. This process requires
the body to use more energy. The end result is feeling fatigued
 or constantly tired.

-Weight Loss :People with diabetes are unable to process
many of the calories in the foods they eat. They may lose
weight even though they eat an apparently appropriate or
even excessive amount of food. Losing sugar and water in
the urine and the accompanying dehydration also contributes
 to weight loss.

-Excessive Thirst :A person with diabetes develops high
blood sugar levels, which overwhelms the kidney's ability
to reabsorb the sugar as the blood is filtered to make
urine. Excessive urine is made as the kidney spills the
excess sugar. The body tries to counteract this by sending
a signal to the brain to dilute the blood, which translates
into thirst. The body encourages more water consumption to
dilute the high blood sugar back to normal levels and to
compensate for the water lost by excessive urination.

-Excessive Urination :Another way the body tries to get rid
of the extra sugar in the blood is to excrete it in the urine.
This can also lead to dehydration because excreting the
sugar carries a large amount of water out of the body
 along with it.

-Excessive Eating :If the body is able, it will secrete more
insulin in order to try to deal with the excessive blood
sugar levels. Moreover, the body is resistant to the action
of insulin in type 2 diabetes. One of the functions of insulin  is to
stimulate hunger. Therefore, higher insulin levels lead to
increased hunger and eating.Despite increased caloric intake,
the person may gain very little weight and may even lose weight.

-Poor Diabetes Wounds Healing :Normally, high blood sugar
levels prevent white blood cells, which are important in
defending the body against bacteria and also in cleaning
up dead tissue and cells. When these cells do not function
properly,it will affected diabetes wounds take long time
to heal and become infected more frequently and also,
long-standing diabetes is associated with thickening of
blood vessels, which prevents good circulation including
the delivery of enough oxygen and other nutrients to body
 tissues.

-Infections:Certain infection syndromes, such as frequent
yeast infections of the genitals, skin infections, and
frequent urinary tract infections, may result from
suppression of the immune system by diabetes and by the
presence of glucose in the tissues, which allows bacteria
 to grow well.

-Altered Mental Status :Agitation,unexplained irritability,
inattention, extreme lethargy,or confusion can all be
signs of very high blood sugar, ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar
 hyperglycemia nonketotic syndrome,or hypoglycemia
(low blood sugar). Thus, any of these merit the immediate
attention of a medical professional.Call your health care
 provider.

What Is Diabetes?

When the body has difficulty in regulating its blood sugar,
or glucose levels a disorder is contracted named, diabetes.
Diabetes mellitus, it is a lifelong disease that needs to be
treated and managed properly in order to prevent other
serious complications to occur.

When you have diabetes, your body has a problem making
or properly using insulin.Insulin function is in order for cell to
be able to use the glucose that is the blood to make energy,
they need to be 'unlocked',and insulin is the key.Insulin is a
hormone, made in the pancreas.

There is steady release of insulin from beta-cell in the pancreas
into the blood all the time. However, when blood sugar levels rise
after a meal, there is a short burst of increased insulin released
from the pancreas.

Along with the glucose, insulin is then transported around the body
in the blood to the cell which are in need of 'fuel’.On the surface
of these cell are 'landing pads' for insulin, known as receptors.
These receptors are a bit like tiny keyholes for the insulin 'key'.

When this system is working properly, blood sugar remain fairly
constant throughout the day. When blood sugar rises, for example
after a meal, the extra insulin that is released from the pancreas
allows the glucose to be taken up into cells, restoring the level in
the blood back to normal. On the other hand, when insulin levels
are low, the liver released glucose from its glycogen stores to top
up the blood sugar level.

Common Symptoms Of Diabetes Include:

-Excessive urination.
-Being very thirsty.
-Feeling very hungry or tired.
-Unexplained weight Loss.
-Poor wounds healing.
-Infections:genital,skin infections.

Diabetes is a very serious disease.
Diabetes can lead to other serious health problems. When high
levels of glucose in the blood are not controlled, they can
slowly damage your eyes,heart,kidneys,nerves,and feet.

Diabetes Hyperglycemia And Hypoglycemia

Diabetes is a chronic medical condition, meaning that
although it can be controlled, it can threaten in lifetime.

Diabetes is a group of metabolic diseases characterized
by high blood sugar (glucose) levels. Glucose is a form
of sugar in the blood,it is the principal source of fuel
for our bodies. When food is digested the glucose makes
its way into bloodstream. Our cells use the glucose for
energy and growth.Glucose cannot enter our cells without
insulin being present, insulin makes it possible for our
cells to take in the glucose.

Too much glucose building up in the blood, this excess blood
glucose eventually passes out of the body in urine. So, even
though the blood has plenty of glucose, the cells are not
getting it for their essential energy and growth requirements.

Blood glucose levels are tightly controlled by insulin,
a hormone produced by the pancreas. Insulin lowers the blood
glucose level. When the blood glucose elevates (for example,
after eating food), insulin is released from the pancreas to
normalize the glucose level. In patients with diabetes, the
absence or insufficient production of insulin causes
hyperglycemia.

Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, occurs from time to time in
most people with diabetes. Hypoglycemia is a condition where
the level of glucose in the blood drops too low (below 3.0 mmol/L).
It results from taking too much diabetes medication or insulin
(sometimes called an insulin reaction), missing a meal, doing more
exercise than usual, drinking too much alcohol, or taking certain
medications for other conditions. It is very important to recognize
hypoglycemia and be prepared to treat it at all times. Headache,
feeling dizzy, poor concentration, tremors of hands, and sweating
are common symptoms of hypoglycemia.

When hypoglycemia happens, you can manage it without
medical help, by consuming a sugary food or drink. However,
if hypoglycemia is moderate or severe, you will need help and
possible emergency treatment. It is important to know how to
recognize hypoglycemia before it gets too serious.

Diabetic Meter

Diabetic Meter also names as; blood glucose monitor, glucose
meters, glucose monitors, diabetes monitor, blood glucose
monitoring system and home glucose monitor.

People with diabetes have to be purchase the best diabetic meter
in order to monitor daily glucose levels. You need to prick your
finger and take the blood as sample to measure the readings. The
diabetic meter is very easy to use at home and also saves a lot
of time in commuting to the hospitals or clinic.Diabetic meter with
displays the results only in 5 seconds.

Diabetic meter can be purchased from a local pharmacy, clinic or
hospital. Most of brands Diabetes meter purchased with warranty in
several period.(minimum 1 years)

Type 1 diabetes patients are normally advised to check their
sugar levels several times a day. Ensure that your glucose meter
is manufactured by a reputed company. Browse the Internet to
gather more information about the accuracy of results.

You can choose suitable size glucose monitoring meter, If you
want to carry this device in the pocket or in a backpack.
Average size from minimum 3 – 4 inches and weight around 1-5
ounces.

Small meters may not be useful to read the display readings
correctly, hence if you have problems with your vision, you can
choose bigger meters. There are diabetic meters specially designed
for the visually challenged people with larger display screen.

The amount of blood taken in a sample is also a consideration,
especially if you are going to be a regular user of these kits.
Some of the models use 0.3 ml of blood per test while some models
consume 1 ml of blood to give a perfect reading.

The built-in memory of the diabetic meters can store values of just
10 – 125 tests, some of them can record 250 or 500 tests!

Most of the diabetic meters give accurate reading only when the
sample is taken from certain areas like upper arm or palm, while
many meters are approved for testing from sample taken from
alternate areas like leg or forearm.

If your child has got diabetes at a very young age, you
should see the suitability of using the diabetic meter. The foil
wrap strips should be easy to use. The meter should require
smaller amount of blood samples for testing.

Diabetes occur when our body cannot produce enough insulin
or cannot make use of insulin properly to control the amount
of sugar in the blood.

Diabetes can cause kidney problems, Cardiovascular problems,
blindness, nervous system problems, leg numbness and difficult
wound healing, resulting in amputation.

Amputation is the most fatal complication of diabetes,
amputation would threaten the lives of patients, so patients
